Dr. Jess Salinas received his medical degree from the Fatima College of Medicine in Valenzuela, Philippines. He finished his medical internship at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois and completed a residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, where he also served as Chief Resident in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Salinas also completed a clinical fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the Adirondack Interventional Physiatry Center at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh, New York. Dr. Salinas joined National Pain Institute in 2006.
